Mix a pet stain cleansing solution of 1 oz. Wipe up with a clean soft cloth or paper towel. Mix about 1 2 cup of tsp with a gallon of water. Apply the stain remover by spraying it over the stained area.

The tsp will remove the yellowish stain and the bacteria left on the surface of the concrete. Not sure about the stain but i think plain vinegar would help solve the odor problem.
